We're Hiring Skilled Carpenters
We have opportunities for growth and advancement. Lead Carpenter candidates will undergo a 2-3 month field training period to ensure alignment with company standards before assuming leadership roles.
What You'll Do
- Perform framing, cabinetry, trim work, drywall, and custom woodworking for residential and commercial projects including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and renovations
- Follow blueprints, plans, and safety regulations to ensure all work meets our high standards
- Maintain top-tier craftsmanship, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every project
- Work closely with project managers, lead carpenters, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Represent the company professionally on job sites, ensuring a superior customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite in line with company safety protocols
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ Years of proven residential and/or commercial carpentry experience
- Ability to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and work with a variety of materials
- High craftsmanship standards with a focus on precision and efficiency
- Think quickly and find practical solutions to challenges
- Strong time management, dependability, and commitment to deadlines
- Adherence to safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to collaborate with the team and interact professionally with clients
- A valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation are required
